MRCB in JV compnay awarded RM310m job

    PETALING JAYA: Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) is participating in a joint venture (JV) company awarded to undertake the construction of the proposed development of an integrated immigration, customs, quarantine and security (ICQS) complex in Kedah for RM310 million.
    MRCB's wholly-owned subsidiary MRCB Engineering Sdn Bhd has entered into shareholders' agreement with Hicom Builders Sdn Bhd (HBSB) and Dekad Kaliber Sdn Bhd (DKSB) to set up a JV company to undertake the construction of the ICQS project.
    "The board believes that the JV represents a good opportunity to further strengthen the future income of MRCB group," MRCB said in a filing with the stock exchange yesterday.
