THERE are so many ways in which we enjoy Nestlé Milo - as a warm morning breakfast drink to fuel us for a productive day, a mid-day pick-me-up iced beverage or perhaps the best way, a big spoonful of Milo in the mouth for the perfect treat. Now, Malaysians have another way to relish Milo, as an ice-cream.
Nestlé Ice Cream quietly unveiled the Nestlé Milo frozen confection at the beginning of the year and not surprisingly, it has proven to be quite a hit with Malaysians nationwide.
Unlike the do-it-yourself Milo ice-cream from our childhood days, the Nestlé Milo frozen confection is full of creamy, melt-in-your mouth Milo goodness. To prove that it truly is better than the ones made at home, the ice-cream even has granules of Milo powder, with chocolate drizzled on top.
“As Malaysians, we resonate so well with Milo, from drinking it for morning breakfast to consuming it in the afternoon at work. That is why it gives me great pleasure to introduce an all-new addition of our favourite brand - the Nestlé Milo frozen confection,” said Nestlé (Malaysia) Berhad business executive manager (ice cream business unit) Yit Woon Lai.
“Nestlé ice cream is known for its quality, is not only passionate about nutrition but is also an ice cream treat that makes life a little sweeter and refreshing. We pride ourselves in using the highest quality ingredients to produce the best-tasting ice cream for our consumers. This is what sets us apart from our competitors,” added Yit.
The Nestlé Milo frozen confection is available at stores with the iconic blue-coloured Nestlé freezer and is priced at RM1.50 per stick.
