Salcon clinches 2 deals worth RM232m

    PETALING JAYA: Water and waste water engineering group Salcon Bhd has been awarded two contracts worth a total of RM232 million.
    The first job from Konsortium Amanie JV Sdn Bhd is for the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning contract for the designing and building of a 120-million-litre a day conventional water treatment plant for RM217.7 million.
    The other contract, from Pengurusan Aset Air Bhd, is to upgrade the water treatment plant and distribution system in Sungai Lebam, Johor.
    The projects are expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of Salcon Group for the financial years ending Dec 31 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
