THE winners for each category were assessed by a group of judges, who are from the industry, including Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM), Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA), International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Malaysia Chapter, and Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) on Sept 22 and Oct 20, 2016.
The winners were awarded either Platinum, Gold or Silver Noble Excellence Award based on the score from the judges and public voting.
