KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak today expressed his condolences to Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali on the death of his mother, early today.
"Takziah kepada YAB @AzminAli &keluarga atas pemerian bonda tercinta, Hajjah Che Tom Yahaya. Moga roh Allahyarhamah dicucuri rahmat. Al-fatihah," said the prime minister in his official twitter account.
Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi also acknowledged Mohamed Azmin's bereavement in his twitter account.
"Takziah untuk DS Azmin atas kembalinya ke rahmatullah bonda beliau. PM & saya telah bercakap melalui telefon dengan beliau jam 6 tadi. Alfatehah." Che Tom, 82, passed away at KPJ Damansara Specialist Centre here at 2.14am, following a stroke. — Bernama
