Super time not to be missed

MALAYSIAN coffee manufacturer Super Group Ltd (Super) held its first “Super Land” roadshow at 1 Utama, Petaling Jaya fromMarch 29 to April 2. Listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange since 1994, the company has its headquarters in Singapore yet maintains Malaysia’s largest coffee manufacturing plant in Johor.
SUPER BRAND
Briefly, Super is a popular regional brand, manufacturing a wide selection of 160 instant food and beverage products distributed across 65 countries. At its recent Super Land roadshow, the aroma of brewing coffee attracted many visitors to the vicinity. The event was open to the public and allowed one and all to sample all of Super’s best selling flavours and get their “journey card” stamped to redeem mystery prizes.
Visitors also learned more about the brand’s various coffee production processes and could purchase Super products at special discounts and bundle offers.
SUPER SELLERS
Super’s best sellers like Essenso Micro Ground Coffee, made with premium 100% Arabica beans and created with Super’s proprietary Micro Plus technique; the smooth and creamy Super Charcoal Roasted White Coffee; Super Coffee; and Super Power Coffee that comes in variants with Tongkat Ali, ginseng and Misai Kucing or Kacip Fatimah and collagen kept the “party” going.
SUPER OFFERS
The roadshow is a timely coincidence to Super’s ongoing “Buy and Redeem” contest, where customers can collect points when purchasing Super products. They can redeem these for made-in-Korea Chef Topf La Rose cookware and double-wall glass mugs.
Visitors had a whale of a time enjoying snacks and rewards, receiving exclusive mementos and mystery gifts. Mascots were also seen walking about, thrilling the younger set as well as the young at heart.
SUPER FUN
Churning out belly-aching laughter was the “Grab and Win” booth where visitors with a minimum spend of RM80 could play the “human claw”.
As a giant claw, participants were fastened to a crane and lifted into a pit where they could grab as many Super products as possible, drop them into a chute and take these home for free.
The next Super Land roadshow will be happening at Sunway Pyramid from April 28 to May 2. In line are roadshows at Penang, Johor and Kelantan in the coming months.
