APFT active after falling into PN17

    PETALING JAYA: APFT Bhd was the third most active counter this morning, after it became a Practice Note 17 (PN17) status company when its shareholders' equity fell below the 50% threshold.
    At 10.52am, the stock stood at 1.5 sen with 108.16 million shares changing hands. APFT has a market capitalisation of RM20.1 million.
    Last Friday, the group said it is looking to formulate a regularisation plan for its financial condition, which must be submitted within 12 months of its announcement.
    It is also seeking an additional extension of time from the Companies Commission of Malaysia until July 31, to hold its 2017 AGM, along with its requisite 2018 AGM for the tabling of its Audited Financial Statements for the 18 month period.
