Berjaya Media has until Dec 20 to submit regularisation plan

PETALING JAYA: Berjaya Media Bhd (BMedia) has been given an extension of time up to December 20, 2018 to submit its regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.
The group told Bursa Malaysia that Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd had vide its letter dated July 26, 2018 granted the extension of time.
BMedia first announced its admission into the PN17 category on June 21, 2017 after its shareholders' equity fell short of listing requirements.
