College student found murdered in Port Dickson

PORT DICKSON: A female student of the Port Dickson Vocational College here was found dead with strangulation marks on her neck in some undergrowth in Taman PD Permata here at about 10.30pm yesterday, according to the police.
Port Dickson District Police deputy chief DSP Mohd Faisal Mohd Noor said the police had detained a fellow student and former boyfriend of the 19-year-old girl and believe that the murder took place in the suspect's car.
"The police are still conducting investigations," he said when contacted by Bernama today.
The body of the girl had been sent to the Port Dickson Hospital, he said. — Bernama
