GRABREWARDS is Southeast Asia’s first-ever ride-hailing passenger loyalty programme, spearheaded by Grab Ride. Passenger users can enjoy even more benefits and savings, including exclusive offers.

GrabRewards was launched after a beta version of the programme was introduced in December 2016, to a select few across the region. The programme rewards passengers with one point for every RM1 spent riding with Grab. Riders with higher levels will be rewarded with a more exciting variety of deals, which include discounted rides with Grab, along with the whole nine yards of exclusive promotions from GrabRewards Partners.
There are four member levels within the GrabRewards programme. Every passenger user starts out as a Member, and develops on to Silver on collecting 1,000 points, moving on to Gold at 3,000 points, finally Platinum on amassing 8,000 points. The levels are reset once again after six months.
AUGMENTED BENEFITS
Riders can accumulate points faster by using various payment methods – five times more points with cash, and 10 times more via GrabPay.
Riders can redeem their points instantly for RM5, RM10 and RM15 discounts off their Grab rides or spend these amounts on exclusive F&B, hospitality, lifestyle and retail brands, travel as well as service related app deals. The line-up of GrabRewards Partners currently include Tesco, Happy Fresh, myBurgerLab, Forever 21, Flower Chimp, Zalora and dahmakan.

Platinum tier riders get a lot more GrabRewards offering exclusive privileges that include:
