Have a magical Christmas

SUNWAY Malls joined hands recently to usher in the year-end festivities at an event held at Sunway Pyramid in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya.
This joint Christmas launch not only marks Sunway Malls' 20th anniversary since the opening of its first mall, Sunway Pyramid, in 1997, but also the brand's continuous growth as one of the key mall operators in the country.
Present at the event were Sunway Malls & Theme Parks chief executive officer H.C. Chan, Sunway Malls chief operating officer Kevin Tan, Sunway Velocity Mall senior general manager K.S. Wong, Sunway Putra Mall general manager Phang Sau Lian, Sunway Carnival Mall general manager Chow Heng Wah, and Sunway Giza centre manager Albert Cheok.
"Our joint festive celebrations signify Sunway Malls' vision to leave a lasting impact in the hearts of our community through leisure and retail experiences that cannot be found elsewhere," said Chan.
The celebrations at Sunway Pyramid was held at the Tudor-style village set up at the LG2 Blue Concourse until Jan 1.
It began with a Tudor-style dance by performers in period costumes, in line with Sunway Malls' Magical Tudor Christmas theme.
To add to the cheer and excitement of the season, delegates from Miss Tourism International Pageant 2017 were on hand to serenade guests with Christmas carols.
The group's top personnel also officially signed the specially-designed Sunway Malls postcards to launch its community engagement project taking place at all its malls this festive season.
Shoppers can customise their own greetings in a postcard, affix a Sunway Malls stamp and drop it in the special letter box in any of the Sunway malls to be mailed to their loved ones.
While Sunway Velocity Mall is welcoming the Christmas season with a grand carnival until Jan 1, Sunway Putra Mall is having The Gift of Christmas till Jan 7.
Over at Sunway Carnival Mall, it's a Tudor Christmas celebration until Jan 1, while Sunway Giza is holding a Christmas-themed weekend bazaar until Dec 31.
Meanwhile, shoppers who spend at Sunway Pyramid can also redeem some exclusive premiums.
Get a classic journal by spending RM800 (RM700 for HSBC credit cardholders) in a maximum of three receipts, or Parenthood Playland tickets with a spend of RM400 (RM300 for HSBC credit cardholders) in a maximum of two receipts.
In conjunction with its first anniversary, Sunway Velocity Mall is offering a three-tier redemption.
Shoppers who spend RM200 (RM100 for HSBC credit cardholders) in a maximum of three receipts, can redeem F&B or fashion cash vouchers.
Those who spend RM600 (RM500 for HSBC credit cardholders) in a maximum of four receipts can redeem an exclusive Time For Celebration animal character hoodie neck pillow, featuring a different character each week.
Those who spend RM1,000 (RM900 for HSBC credit cardholders) in a maximum of five receipts will walk away with a Time For Celebration beauty gift box.
Over at Sunway Putra Mall, spend a minimum of RM350 (RM250 for HSBC credit cardholders) in a maximum of two receipts to redeem a classic wooden nutcracker, available in three designs.
Shoppers who sign up for an HSBC credit card at Sunway Putra Mall's ground floor booth will also receive a limited edition Christmas gift set from The Body Shop.
Meanwhile, at Sunway Carnival Mall, shoppers can redeem a classic journal writing gift set which comes with a quill pen, when they spend RM450 (RM350 with HSBC credit cardholders) in two receipts.
