Jetson to raise funds via private placement

PETALING JAYA: Kumpulan Jetson Bhd proposed a private placement to raise up to RM4.82 million for working capital.
The group said in a filing with the stock exchange that the proposed private placement may entail the issuance of up to between 20.67 million and 24.09 million shares, equivalent up to 10% of its issued share capital.
Jetson plans to place out the shares to independent third party investors to be identified and secured at a later date.
It explained that the private placement will enable the group to raise funds without incurring interest cost.
