LBS Bina bags two BrandLaureate awards

PETALING JAYA: LBS Bina Group Bhd recently picked up the International Property Development Award, while its group managing director Tan Sri Lim Hock San was conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award at the BrandLaureate Special Edition World Award 2018.
The BestBrands in International Property Development Award recognised the group for exemplifying a number of key criteria associated with successful brands, including an effective brand strategy to address challenges and brand leadership highlighting a healthy and consistent performance, it said in a statement.
Meanwhile, LBS said the BrandLaureate World Brandpreneur Hall of Fame – Lifetime Achievement Award 2018 was in recognition for Lim's vision and excellence as a long-standing brand leader, adding the group managed to sustain a diverse portfolio and solid performance with RM1.3 billion in sales recorded as at September this year.
"Moving forward, LBS aims to strengthen the concept of family first, community service as we drive productivity towards nation building, delivering good returns to our stakeholders and inspiring our employees to pursue their highest potential," Lim said.
Organised by the Asia Pacific Brands Foundation, The BrandLaureate Special Edition World Award affirms and celebrates innovative brands that have grown to become industry captains and trend setters.
