Libyan PM calls on Najib in Riyadh

RIYADH: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak received a courtesy call from his Libyan counterpart, Fayez Al-Serraj here today.
Both leaders discussed ways to further strengthen Kuala Lumpur-Tripoli ties.
They are here to attend the historic Arab-Islamic-US Summit at the King Abdulaziz International Convention Centre, named after the first Saudi Arabia monarch, later.
Also present were Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom and Malaysian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Datuk Zainol Rahim Zainuddin.
Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is also scheduled to meet Najib on the sidelines of the summit later.
Najib is on the second-day of the three-day working visit to Saudi Arabia. — Bernama
