Ministry studies redevelopment proposal of PA Seri Selangor

KUALA LUMPUR: The Federal Territories Ministry is reviewing the proposal to redevelop the Seri Selangor public housing (PA), here by upgrading the infrastructure and facilities in line with the development in the area.
Minister, Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor (pix) said the redevelopment plan which currently under discussion between the ministry, Kuala Lumpur City Hall and Sri Selangor Residents Association was expected to increase the property value in the area.
"We understand that the 46-year-old flat requires transformation. The redevelopment will follow the concept of Kerinchi Residency project, Razak Mansion and PA Sri Pahang," he said when launching the Cheras parliamentary-level 'Kenduri 1Wilayah Persekutuan' here tonight. — Bernama
