Multi-Usage extends suspension of director yet again

    PETALING JAYA: Multi-Usage Holdings Bhd has extended the suspension of a director, Tan Chew Hua for another two months to Sept 28 2017, citing an uncompleted investigation report by its solicitor.
    Tan has been suspended for eight months now. This is the fourth extension by the board of directors of Multi-Usage.
    The suspension was to investigate going-ons in a special purpose vehicle set up to facilitate a debt restructuring exercise, highlighted in the qualified auditors' report and the special audit report.
    The stock was untraded.
