Oppo launches the R9S Black Edition

OPPO adds a new colour to their current lineup of R9s phones with the new R9s Black Edition release on Wednesday.
The R9s was launched back in January in two colours, rose gold and gold. It retailed for RM1,798. A month later, a special Valentine red edition and now it comes in classic black.
The Black Edition is identical to other R9s phones. It has VOOC Flash Charge for fast charging, a 16MP camera with a bright f1.7 lens, and a 5.5in 1080p display behind Corning Gorilla Glass 5, all in a design that Oppo is particularly proud of which features the six-string antenna lines.
Inside is a Snapdragon 652 processor, 4GB of memory, and 64GB of storage.
Of course, no Oppo launch is complete without some star power. Previously Oppo has named Fattah Amin, Ayda Jebat, and Min Chen, and this time Oppo has chosen Neelofa as their new ambassador.
The Oppo R9s Black Edition will be available for pre-order at RM1,828 starting this May 3 to May 9 on Oppo's Official Online Store, or Oppo Concept Stores nationwide. Additionally, those who pre order via Oppo Online Store will receive an Oppo Olike Now 2 Smart Band worth RM199.
The Oppo R9s Black Edition will go on sale on May 10.
