Parti Warisan Sabah vice-president Peter Anthony gives statement to MACC

KOTA KINABALU: Parti Warisan Sabah vice-president Datuk Peter Anthony went to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission office here to give a statement in connection with an investigation into the purchase of an oil palm plantation valued at about RM155 million in the Tongod district of Sabah.
Peter arrived at the MACC office at 10.25 am accompanied by his lawyer Martin Tommy.
Last Wednesday, the MACC had sought the assistance of Peter and a lawyer, Michael Persius Ubu, to assist in the investigation into the case.
It is not known whether Michael had given his statement to the MACC. – Bernama
