Penang BN launches six-point manifesto

SEBERANG JAYA: Penang Barisan Nasional (BN) today unveiled its manifesto for the 14th General Election (GE14).
Penang Barisan Nasional (BN) chief Teng Chang Yeow launched the manifesto themed "Penang: Pledges of Penang Barisan Nasional ". It includes six main points, namely to solve flood and bald hill, people's housing, traffic congestion, economic development, people's welfare and tourism and heritage.
The six core points also comprise 53 pledges for the Penangites if the coalition wins Penang in the national polls scheduled to take place on May 9.
About 3,000 members of the coalition present during the launching held at The Light Hotel here today.
Also present were the outgoing state Umno chief Datuk Seri Zainal Abidin Osman and other BN state leaders from all members of the coalition.
