Serba Dinamik eyeing Pengerang jobs

    PETALING JAYA: Oil and gas solutions provider Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd is looking to participate in the industrial, commercial and residential projects on 132-acre land site in Pengerang, Johor.
    The group told Bursa Malaysia that its wholly owned subsidiary Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd intends to enter into a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with Izin Budi Sdn Bhd for a collaborative development of industrial and commercial projects on a piece of land measuring about 15.87 acres in Bukit Pelali.
    It also intends to enter into another MOA with AlMurisi Holding Sdn Bhd to participate in the construction work of a 70- acre mixed residential and commercial development in Kota Tinggi.
    Under the MOAs, Serba Dinamik will participate in the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of the project comprising Pengerang eco-Industrial Park (PeIP), Pengerang International Commercial Centre as well as mixed residential and commercial development namely Pengerang Northshore Residence.
    The group is also proposing to establish Malaysia' first oil and gas maintenance, repair and overhaul as well as inspection, repair and maintenance Global Centre of Excellence within the PeIP.
    "The company will make further announcement on the MOAs upon the execution of the MOAs which is expected to take place on August 18, 2017, where relevant," it said.
    At 12.30pm, the counter was up by seven sen to RM2.08 on some 3.1 million shares done, giving it a market capitalisation of RM2.78 billion.
