Truck movers, cars destroyed in house fire

SEREMBAN: Four cars and two truck movers at a motor welding and spraying workshop were destroyed in a fire which started from an adjacent house at Batu 5 Jalan Rantau- Kuala Sawah near here yesterday.
Senior Fire Officer II at the Seremban 3 Fire and Rescue Station, Harzizi Hashim said the fire started from the house at about 7.45pm and spread to the workshop.
Besides the house, the fire destroyed two Mercedes truck movers, a tanker, and four cars, he said in a statement here today.
The Fire and Rescue Department is investigating the cause of the fire and losses incurred in the incident, he added. — Bernama
