UTC offers best public service: Mustafar

SEREMBAN: The Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) here, which was opened last Monday, offers the best public service for the local community, said Immigration Director-General Datuk Seri Mustafar Ali (pix).
He said previously, services provided by the government were at separate locations, but at UTC the services were brought under one roof through the National Blue ocean Strategy (NBOS).
"In a public service delivery, particularly the Immigration Department, it is to make it easy for the public to get our service," he told reporters during a visit to the UTC here today.
Mustafar said at the Seremban UTC, the counters by the Immigration Department, the Road Transport Department and the National Registration Department were located nearby for public convenience.
"The Immigration counter at Seremban UTC is opened everyday, including on Saturday and Sunday from 8.30am to 10pm," he said. — Bernama
