Sultan Ibrahim grants audience to Religious Affairs Minister Dr Zulkifli Hasan, discussing Islamic teachings and community development initiatives.
KUALA LUMPUR: His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, granted an audience to Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs) Senator Dr Zulkifli Hasan today.
The audience was held at Istana Negara, according to a post on Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar’s official Facebook page.

During the meeting, His Majesty was briefed on Islamic religious matters.
The briefing covered the development of the ummah and initiatives to strengthen Islamic teachings at the federal level.
Also present were the Director-General of the Malaysian Islamic Development Department (JAKIM) Datuk Dr Sirajuddin Suhaimee.
Federal Territories Mufti Ahmad Fauwaz Fadzil was also in attendance. – Bernama
