Chen Tang Jie-Toh Ee Wei and Pearly Tan-M. Thinaah secure victories at the Indonesia Masters 2026, ending a 15-year wait for the women’s doubles title

MALAYSIA’S top mixed doubles pair Chen Tang Jie and Toh Ee Wei created history by winning the Indonesia Masters 2026 title today.

The world number four pair defeated Denmark’s Mathias Christiansen and Alexandra Boje 15-21, 21-17, 21-11 in a 57-minute final at Istora Senayan.

They faced a tough challenge after losing the first set 15-21 and trailed 10-12 in the second.

The third seeds then staged a brilliant comeback, scoring six consecutive points to lead 16-12 before closing the set 21-17 to force a decider.

With confidence fully restored, Tang Jie and Ee Wei dominated the third set, sealing a 21-11 victory when Boje hit a shot into the net.
