Shariffudin Ariffin, better known as Dino, will tee off at the season-ending PGM Palm Resort Closed Championship 2025. Fresh from competing in an Asian Tour event in Taiwan, Shariffudin is eager to strengthen his PGM Order of Merit (OOM) 2025 earnings — and he enters the week as the current OOM leader.
Two-time PGM winner this season, Edvin Ying, is also set for a strong push as he looks to climb higher from his current third-place standing on the OOM. Meanwhile, DP World Tour player Gavin Green is expected to capitalise on his long-driving ability, with local fans and Palm Resort Golf & Country Club members likely to follow him closely.

In the Ladies Championship, OOM leader Liyana Durisic will aim to add another title to her impressive season. She is expected to face strong challenges from Winnie Ng — who won at Palm Resort as an amateur in 2024 — as well as Zulaikah Nasser and recent Ladies champion Jocelyn Chee. Aretha Pan is also tipped as a contender with the potential to shine this week.
The PGM Palm Resort Closed Championship 2025 offers RM180,000 in total prize money for the men’s event and RM30,000 for the Ladies Championship. The tournament will be hosted on Palm Resort Golf & Country Club’s Allamanda Course, a Par-72 layout.
