NEGERI SEMBILAN: IJM Land is set to strengthen Seremban 2 as the township moves into its next phase of growth and positioning as a key residential and commercial hub in Negeri Sembilan with the launch of IKON Residences in October 2025.
The new 44-storey freehold serviced residence is expected to become a defining addition to the local skyline and the township’s first integrated high-rise development, reflecting IJM Land’s continued commitment to long-term urban planning and sustainable community building.
The development carries an estimated gross development value of RM360 million.
