Sabah BN chairman Bung Moktar Radin defends Lamag state seat with 153-vote majority in six-cornered contest during Sabah state election.
KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Barisan Nasional chairman Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin has successfully defended the Lamag state seat in the 17th Sabah state election.
According to the Election Commission, Bung Moktar won with a majority of 153 votes in a six-cornered contest.
Lamag constituency had 13,859 registered voters in this state election.
The seat is one of three state constituencies within the Kinabatangan parliamentary constituency.
Bung Moktar previously won the Lamag seat in the 16th state election with a 661-vote majority.
That election marked the first time the Lamag constituency was contested. – Bernama
