THE Harley Owners Group (HOG) Malaysia Chapter recently completed their unique climb up Mount Kinabalu, bringing along a disassembled Harley-Davidson Dyna motorcycle that weighs 280kg, plus 220kg of tools for its reassembly.
Led by HOG Malaysia Chapter president Choo Kai Mun, the 23-strong group comprised of HOG members and a technical crew from Harley-Davidson of Kuala Lumpur (H-DKL).
Upon reaching their campsite at the mountain's Low Peak, the group then proceeded to reassemble their precious cargo and started it up to mark their success.
The Dyna was later disassembled for the group's descent back to terra firma. Supported by H-DKL, the event also stands as a pre-cursor to the inaugural International HOG Rally Sabah that is scheduled to take place later this year in September.
