PETALING JAYA: VADS Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM), announced last Friday its participation in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Programme which will allow VADS to directly provide, manage and support Microsoft cloud offerings.
The Microsoft CSP programme allows VADS to integrate its various products and services with Microsoft cloud offerings and also creates new sales opportunities for the company while providing its customers with a seamless experience and consolidated billing option.
VADS CEO Massimo Migliuolo believes that the strategic joint effort will deliver even greater value to customers across all industries.
"Our VADS Cloud customers can now purchase various Microsoft products and services without any hassle and not worry about billing as all will be streamlined. Customers can be assured of our continuous effort to provide the best customer service and support, true to our mantra, "Business Made Easier"," he said.
With the CSP programme, VADS' customers can subscribe to the service offerings on a pay-per-use model, giving them better value for money and will enable them to manage their costs more efficiently.
As the offerings will be available on VADS' Cloud platform, customers would have better control over their Cloud resources, making business easier for its customers.
"We are pleased to collaborate with VADS to deliver cloud-enabled digital lifestyle experiences for all businesses in Malaysia - from small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to large enterprises. With the launch of the CSP programme, we are putting our partners at the centre of customer relationships. Their participation in the programme further demonstrates the dedication they have to helping our customers successfully move to the cloud," Microsoft Malaysia managing director K. Raman said.
The Microsoft CSP programme covers a whole range of products such as Office365, InTune, Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint and Skype for Business among others.
VADS and TM will be offering the products and services bundled together with its existing connectivity, voice, security and value added services, which will be targeted at small, medium and large enterprises.
VADS said the CSP Programme is now part of its Cloud brokerage platform, which will see more providers coming on board to offer better services for its customers.
