Anzo awarded supply deal by Yuan Resources

PETALING JAYA: Anzo Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Harvest Court Trading Sdn Bhd has entered into a master supply agreement with Yuan Resources Sdn Bhd for a contract with a value not exceeding RM100 million.
In a filing with the stock exchange on Friday, Anzo said the 60-month contract is for the supply of steel bars and BRC (welded wire fabric) to Yuan Resources.
The contract will contribute positively to the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Anzo group but is not expected to have any material effect on its share capital and shareholding structure.
