SETIA EcoHill recently organised the maiden launch of its newly developed Setia EcoHill 2 property development project. The “Welcome Centre” received more than 500 people, many who were among the first few to select their favourite lots during the launch.

Setia EcoHill 2 is S P Setia’s latest township. It situated in Kajang-Semenyih, which is easily accessible via the newly completed Lekas-EcoHill Link. Other than its ideal location, the developer’s 10:90 package, launched in April this year, is said to have been attracting many potential buyers. The scheme allows the purchaser to just put a 10% down payment and continue servicing the balance instalment of the 90% loan upon completion of the property.
