Sultan and Raja Permaisuri of Perak visit Angkasapuri

KUALA LUMPUR: The Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Shah and Raja Permaisuri of Perak Tuanku Zara Salim today visited RTM at the Angkasapuri Complex, here.
The royal couple who arrived at about 10am were welcomed by Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Seri Dr Salleh Said Keruak and senior officers of the ministry.
The Royal couple spent about three hours touring the complex and took a closer look at the television and radio operations of the national broadcaster.
Sultan Nazrin and Tuanku Zara had also exchanged pleasantries with RTM staff as well as visited the artifacts exhibition which portrays the history of national broadcasting that started decades ago.
A special concert by the RTM orchestra and singers such as Shila Hamzah and Marsha Milan Londoh concluded the Royal visit. — Bernama
