RANDSTAD - one of the world's leading recruitment agencies - today released the list of the top 20 most attractive employers in Malaysia ahead of the annual Randstad Employer Brand Awards to be held on April 19, 2018.
These 20 companies scored the highest attractiveness scores in a global annual survey known as the 'Randstad Employer Brand Research'.
Ryan Carroll, Country Director at Randstad Malaysia said, "In today's fiercely competitive talent-short market, a strong and consistent employer brand is crucial to attracting and retaining the right talent. This is the third year that we are doing the research in Malaysia, so we are able to identify opportunities to improve workforce productivity even before they present themselves. Our research aims to help companies identify both their competitive advantage and employer branding gaps so that they can build and cultivate their own unique employer brand to attract, engage and retain the best talent."
