All of the accused were not present when the case was brought up for mention.

All four of them also face another charge for murdering Previin's friend T. Nhaveen, 18 at the same time and place.
The mention of the case is scheduled to take place on Sep 28.
The case has garnered widespread attention after Nhaveen was brutally attacked and succumbed to his injuries a week later.
