The Top at Komtar offers special Merdeka rate for Malaysians

GEORGE TOWN: In conjunction with the 60th Merdeka celebration, iconic attraction The Top at Komtar here is offering Malaysians a special rate of RM60 for entry tickets.

Only World Group (OWG) sales and marketing director Datuk Patrick Ong said Mykad holders can enjoy the flat rate until Dec 31.

He said the tickets at the special price have been available since Aug 4 and will be on sale until Sept 30 from the ticketing counter or online.

He said The Top offered many attractions, like the Rainbow Skywalk where visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of George Town on a glass bridge, as well as a large indoor theme park.

“We welcome everyone to celebrate the 60th National Day with us,” he said in a press conference today with Penang Tourism Development Committee chairman Danny Law.

Law meanwhile urged locals to take advantage of the promotion to visit the attraction and Penang as well.
