(Video) Baby dies after car was knocked off North-South Highway

POLICE have detained the female driver of a car involved in an accident at Km433.8 of the North-South Expressway in which a baby was killed.
Bernama reported that a three-month old baby boy died after the car that he was in was knocked-off the road by a stray vehicle near Kuala Kubu Baru yesterday.
The baby, named Aril Rizqin Redza Shahril, was confirmed dead at the Sungai Buloh Hospital. The car was driven by his father Shahril Salleh. The victim's father, mother and two brothers – aged 4 and 11 – sustained minor injuries.
Hulu Selangor police chief Supt R.Supramaniam said in the 1pm incident, a car driven by a woman, S. Nishanty, 27, had spun in the opposite direction and crashed into the road barrier causing the driver of another car Shahril Salleh, 32, to lose control of his vehicle which skidded and crashed into a drain.
The impact of the accident saw Shahril's wife Rafnah Mongudancgal, 35, and baby Aril Rizqin Redza thrown out of the car.
A video footage of the accident was captured on dashcam of Kugan Kathegesen. It shows the white hatchback in the slow lane when a black sedan from the middle lane slowly veered to the left.
