ASAP Mobility rebrands to Nippon Koei Mobility

SHAH ALAM: ASAP Mobility Sdn Bhd (ASAP Mobility), a system engineering and consultancy company focusing on Railway and Public Transport Systems, has officially rebranded to Nippon Koei Mobility Sdn Bhd - a part of Nippon Koei group, Japan's No. 1 engineering consultant.

This rebrand has set the stage for an exciting new chapter in the company’s journey to greater heights.

In August 2022, Nippon Koei acquired a majority stake in ASAP Mobility. Prior to that, ASAP Mobility had established itself as a prominent player in the field of railway system engineering consultancy, both in Malaysia and internationally, since its inception in November 2013.

The rebranding marks a significant milestone. It positions Nippon Koei Mobility as the first Japanese-owned independent railway and public transport system consultant that brings global expertise to a local market. Nippon Koei Mobility will also serve as the Railway System and Smart Mobility Centre for Nippon Koei. With the rebrand, the company will continue to provide its clients with comprehensive system engineering and consultancy services, while also leveraging on Nippon Koei’s global expertise and resources to offer even more innovative, effective and sustainable solutions.
