BNM’s international reserves up marginally to US$102.6b as at May 15

PETALING JAYA: Bank Negara Malaysia’s international reserves stood at US$102.6 billion (RM447.85 billion) as at May 15, 2020, a 0.1% increase from US$102.5 billion recorded as at April 30.

The central bank said the reserves position is sufficient to finance 8.1 months of retained imports and is 1.1 times total short-term external debt.
