Flagship series pairs 200 MP ZEISS Ultra-Clear Imaging with sleek design, strong performance for photographers, travellers and concert fans.
The vivo X300 series marks a major step forward in mobile imaging and design, positioning the base X300 as “The Ultimate Travel Phone” and the Pro variant as “The Ultimate Concert Phone”. With both models sharing the same core DNA – high-end ZEISS cameras, Dimensity 9,500 power and durable, elegant glass builds – this release clearly targets users who want pro-grade photography on the go.

Camera and imaging
Both the vivo X300 and X300 Pro feature 200 MP ZEISS cameras, but their strengths differ. The X300 Pro leads with a 200 MP ZEISS APO telephoto camera, ZEISS Gimbal-Grade main camera and a dedicated VS1 Pro Imaging Chip. This combination allows sharp, stable long-range shots, even in low light, making it ideal for concerts, wildlife or fast action.
The standard X300 uses a 200 MP ZEISS main camera and the 50 MP ZEISS APO Telephoto Camera. Both phones support AI One-Shot Multi-Crop, which intelligently generates multiple key frames from a single image useful for travel or family photography.
Front-facing shooters get a 50MP ZEISS wide-angle camera with autofocus and a 92° field of view, keeping selfies crisp and natural even with multiple people in the frame.
Video performance is another strong point. The Pro supports 4K at 120fps with Dolby Vision, while the X300 records in 4K 120fps HDR and 10-bit Log. Stage Mode 2.0 enables simultaneous 4K recording and photo capture, making both phones capable tools for creators who shoot in dynamic lighting.

Performance and battery
Powering the X300 Series is MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 chip paired with the V3+ imaging chip. Co-developed with vivo, it provides professional-grade imaging power and flagship level performance for smoother videos, faster capture response, and better stability under demanding tasks.
Battery life is handled by vivo’s new BlueVolt technology: 6,510mAh in the X300 Pro and 6040 mAh in the X300, each supporting 90W FlashCharge and 40W Wireless FlashCharge. vivo’s intelligent temperature control and battery life extender also help the phones stay cool and recover quickly even from 1% charge.
Design and display
The design continues vivo’s minimalist approach. Both phones feature unibody 3D glass design with 1.x mm Ultra Slim Symmetric Bezel and the new Coral Velvet Glass Technique finish, which feels smooth and resists fingerprints. The X300 is 6.31″ Compact Flat Screen and 190g, while the Pro uses a larger 6.78-inch flat display.
Each screen reaches 2,000 nits peak brightness, supports Full Range Luminance PWM Dimming for eye comfort, and carries ZEISS Master Color Display. The Pro adds Circular Polarizer 2.0 to reduce blue light exposure.
With the X300 series, vivo is clearly staking a claim in premium photography and videography. The X300 Pro caters to concertgoers and creators who want long-zoom and cinematic performance, while the X300 offers the same imaging DNA in a smaller, travel-friendly form.
Both smartphones launch in Malaysia today. vivo X300 will be available in 16GB + 512GB, starting at RM3,899. vivo X300 Pro will be available in 16GB + 512GB, starting at RM4,699.
