MetMalaysia issues severe-level continuous rain warning for Labuan and multiple Sabah districts, effective until tomorrow.
KOTA KINABALU: The Malaysian Meteorological Department has issued a severe-level continuous rain warning for Labuan and several areas in Sabah.
This warning remains in effect until tomorrow according to an official department statement.
Affected areas in Sabah include the Interior districts of Kuala Penyu and Beaufort.
The West Coast districts of Papar, Putatan, Penampang, Kota Kinabalu, Tuaran and Kota Belud are also covered by this severe warning.
An alert-level continuous rain warning has additionally been issued for Sipitang and Kudat in Sabah’s interior.
This alert-level warning is also effective until tomorrow.
