Inter Miami re-signed versatile veteran Brek Shea on Tuesday. Terms were not disclosed.
The 30-year-old defender/midfielder played in 13 games (six starts) and tied for second on the team with four goals during Miami's inaugural MLS campaign in 2020.
Shea has 33 goals and 25 assists in 229 career games (162) starts with FC Dallas (2008-12), Orlando City (2015-16), Vancouver Whitecaps (2017-18), Atlanta United (2018-19) and Miami.
The No. 2 overall pick in the 2008 MLS SuperDraft, Shea made the MLS Best XI in 2011 and helped Atlanta win the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup in 2019.
