Kerjasama Invest Johor dan NEOJAPAN dijangka wujud 300 pekerjaan, gaji bermula RM4k – MB Johor

JOHOR BAHRU: Kerjasama antara kerajaan negeri Johor melalui Invest Johor dan syarikat teknologi Jepun, NEOJAPAN Inc. dimeterai baru-baru ini dijangka mewujudkan 300 peluang pekerjaan berkemahiran tinggi dengan gaji bermula RM4,000 untuk graduan baharu.

Menteri Besar Johor Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi berkata kerjasama dijalin menerusi penandatanganan Memorandum Persefahaman (MoU) semasa acara Nikkei Forum Medini Johor 2025 baru-baru ini itu juga akan terus memperkasakan Johor sebagai negeri progresif dan bersedia menyahut cabaran ekonomi masa depan.

“Pada masa sama, lebih 1,000 graduan tempatan akan dilatih dalam tempoh lima tahun, hasil kerjasama dengan Fakulti Komputeran Universiti Teknologi Malaysia dan Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology sebagai penyedia utama bakat,” katanya menerusi hantaran di laman Facebook hari ini.

NEOJAPAN Inc., syarikat teknologi berpangkalan di Yokohama, Jepun, tersenarai di Pasaran Utama Bursa Saham Tokyo dan berpengalaman lebih 32 tahun dalam pembangunan perisian.

Ia kini beroperasi di lima negara iaitu Jepun, Amerika Syarikat, Malaysia, Thailand dan Filipina, mempunyai lebih 5.5 juta pengguna di seluruh dunia.

Terdahulu, Onn Hafiz berkata pertemuan dengan syarikat itu membuka ruang kerjasama strategik antara Johor dan NEOJAPAN yang sedang memperluas operasi di Asia Tenggara melalui penubuhan Center of Excellence (CoE) di Johor, bagi memperkukuh ekonomi digital dan transformasi teknologi negeri.

“Semoga manfaat dibawa ini akan membuka lebih banyak peluang kepada rakyat, membangunkan bakat tempatan serta memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi negeri secara mampan dan inklusif. Insya-Allah,” katanya.
