Rompin police seek information on Norazmawati Mohd Darwi, a 45-year-old babysitter last seen in Kampung Tanjung Gemok in August
KUANTAN: Police are seeking public assistance to locate a woman reported missing since August last year.
Rompin Police chief Supt Sharif Shai Sharif Mondoi said a report was lodged by her son on August 14 regarding the disappearance of 45-year-old Norazmawati Mohd Darwi.
Norazmawati, who works as a babysitter and is the wife of a fisherman, was last seen wearing a baju kurung and headscarf along Jalan Selancar, Kampung Tanjung Gemok.
The fair-skinned woman has not contacted her family since her disappearance.
Police have issued alerts to help trace her and urge anyone with information to come forward.
Those with information are asked to contact the nearest police station or the Rompin Police headquarters control centre at 09-4145999.
