A HILARIOUS YouTube video from India has gone viral after an elderly woman accidentally transformed the names of some of the world’s biggest football stars into amusing Indian-sounding names.
In the viral clip, a group of youngsters shows her football jerseys featuring the names of famous players.
She carefully spells out each name correctly, but when it comes to pronouncing them aloud, she hilariously misreads them, creating a moment of pure comedy.
French superstar Kylian Mbappé becomes “Mappillai” (Tamil for “groom”), while Jude Bellingham somehow turns into “Lingham”, leaving viewers in stitches.
In one scene, a man who resembles Tamil singer Krish shows her a Brazilian jersey.
Although she spells out the letters correctly, she once again comes up with a completely different pronunciation, making the moment even more entertaining.
