Berjaya Property showcase features four developments with CSR

Berjaya Property Showcase 2025 highlights Times Square 2, Oaka Residences, Bayu Timur and Jesselton projects

BERJAYA Property has launched its three-day Property Showcase at Berjaya Times Square, featuring a curated portfolio of developments across key Malaysian locations while simultaneously giving back to the community through a meaningful Christmas initiative.

Running from November 21 to 23, the showcase presents four prestigious property developments spanning Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Penang, offering visitors exclusive festive promotions and personalized consultations to explore investment opportunities.

Four Strategic Developments on Display

The showcase highlights Berjaya Property’s diverse portfolio, including Times Square 2 in Kuala Lumpur, Oaka Residences in Bukit Jalil, Bayu Timur Residences in Shah Alam, and Jesselton Courtyard in Penang’s Jesselton Selatan. Each development targets different market segments, from urban professionals to multigenerational families.

“We are confident these projects will foster vibrant, connected environments where people can live, work and thrive,” said Syed Ali Shahul Hameed, Group CEO of Berjaya Land Berhad.

“This reflects Berjaya Property’s vision of building quality developments that enhance lifestyles while contributing positively to urban growth, sustainability and increase in value over time.”

Times Square 2: Strategic KLCC Connectivity

Positioned adjacent to Berjaya Times Square and directly opposite the Imbi Monorail Station, Times Square 2 has achieved a 75% take-up rate since its launch. The freehold serviced residence development comprises 629 units ranging from 488 to 1,038 square feet, with prices starting from RM688,000.

A key selling point is the dedicated link bridge providing direct connectivity to Berjaya Times Square, LaLaport shopping complex, Imbi Monorail Station, and Hang Tuah LRT Station. This seamless integration positions the development as attractive for both owner-occupiers and investors targeting the short-term rental market.

With tourist arrivals to Kuala Lumpur City Centre continuing to rise, demand for holiday homes and short-term accommodations has created lucrative opportunities for investors. To enhance investment appeal, Times Square 2 has partnered with KAITE Property Management Sdn Bhd to offer investors a worry-free ownership experience designed to maximize returns.

Oaka Residences: Low-Density Bukit Jalil Living

Located in Bukit Jalil, home to KL Sports City, Oaka Residences represents a freehold, low-density development blending contemporary design with practical functionality. The project features 350 units across two towers, with only seven units per floor to ensure privacy.

Units range from 882 to 1,509 square feet and come with a notable amenity: two to three side-by-side car parks per unit, a generous provision increasingly rare in today’s market. This makes the development particularly suitable for modern families seeking upgrades and senior citizens prioritizing comfort alongside modern convenience.

Residents benefit from proximity to essential amenities including Pavilion Bukit Jalil shopping center, Columbia Asia Hospital, and International Medical University (IMU), positioning the development within a mature and well-established neighborhood.

Bayu Timur Residences: Resort Living in Kota Kemuning

Berjaya’s latest development, Bayu Timur Residences in Kota Kemuning, offers 518 exclusive units ranging from 1,000 to 1,280 square feet. The development emphasizes resort-style living with picturesque golf course views and layouts designed for multigenerational families.

Selected units feature dual-key configurations, providing flexibility for extended families or creating potential rental income streams. The development boasts over 30 lifestyle facilities including swimming pools, gymnasium, co-working spaces, children’s playgrounds, sauna, multipurpose hall, BBQ areas, and landscaped gardens.

Strategic location advantages include proximity to shopping malls, medical centers, international schools, and eateries, with convenient access to major highways including KESAS, LKSA, and ELITE, ensuring seamless connectivity across the Klang Valley.

Jesselton Courtyard: Hybrid Luxury in Penang

Situated at the base of Penang Hill on the edge of George Town, Jesselton Courtyard introduces a unique hybrid concept combining condominium sophistication with landed home comfort. The gated-and-guarded community features biophilic, courtyard-themed design inspired by George Town’s architectural heritage, maximizing natural lighting and ventilation.

This low-rise, low-density freehold development comprises 239 units, including 32 four-storey zero-lot bungalows and 207 units of 1.5 to 2-storey condominiums priced from RM2.9 million. All units incorporate dual-key concepts with four to six ensuite bedrooms and four to seven parking lots equipped with EV-charging sockets.

The development targets multigenerational living, with educational institutions, medical centers, and major amenities within reach, making it suitable for families seeking spacious luxury accommodations in Penang.

Customer-Centric Development Philosophy

Syed Ali emphasised Berjaya Property’s approach to development centers on understanding evolving customer needs.

“We believe that truly great developments are built around people. That’s why we listen closely to our customers and observe how their needs evolve from design preferences to lifestyle aspirations,” he explained.

“This customer-first approach allows us to create homes and spaces that are not only functional, but also inspiring, sustainable, and relevant to modern living,” the Group CEO added.

“Be A Secret Santa” CSR Initiative

Beyond property promotion, Berjaya Property marked the showcase with a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative titled “Be A Secret Santa.” The company partnered with House of Love, a home in Klang sheltering 24 underprivileged children aged 6 to 19.

The children were invited to a special Christmas experience at the showcase, featuring a Christmas parade, train rides, captivating performances, and access to Berjaya Times Square Theme Park. Each child penned their Christmas wishlist on cards, creating personal moments during the celebration.

Extending the initiative’s reach, Berjaya Property invited homeowners to contribute gifts from the children’s wishlists and join a gathering scheduled for 19 December 2025 at Berjaya Times Square to meet the children, deliver gifts, and share festive joy.

Event Attractions and Entertainment

Visitors to the three-day showcase enjoyed comprehensive entertainment including a grand Christmas parade, magician and juggling performances, interactions with a balloonist clown, meet-and-greet sessions with Santa Claus, acapella harmonies, and live musical bands. Families also received complimentary popcorn and cotton candy, with various photo opportunities designed to spread holiday cheer.
