In a viral Threads post, user izwanimerican_ shared two photos showing the outer layer of what appears to be a wrap filled with avocado and chicken.
At the end of the wrap, two small roaches can clearly be seen stuck to the surface — prompting shock, disgust and outrage among netizens.
