Indeks Pelopor Malaysia naik 3.6% pada Oktober 2025

Indeks Pelopor Malaysia meningkat 3.6% pada Oktober 2025, menandakan momentum ekonomi optimistik menjelang 2026, menurut DOSM.

KUALA LUMPUR: Prestasi tahunan Indeks Pelopor (IP) Malaysia meningkat 3.6% kepada 116.2 mata pada Oktober 2025 berbanding tempoh sama tahun sebelumnya.

Ketua Perangkawan Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Uzir Mahidin berkata lonjakan ini dipacu oleh pertumbuhan dua digit kukuh dalam tiga komponen IP.

Komponen tersebut ialah Bilangan Unit Kediaman yang Diluluskan Pembinaan (51.2%), Import Benar Logam Asas Berharga dan Logam Bukan Ferus Lain (39.2%) dan Import Benar Semi Konduktor (32.4%).

Prestasi bulanan IP juga melonjak 2.6% pada Oktober selepas mencatatkan penurunan selama dua bulan berturut-turut.

“Perkembangan positif ini menggambarkan momentum ekonomi yang lebih kukuh menjelang 2026,” katanya dalam satu kenyataan.

IP memberi petunjuk awal mengenai titik perubahan dalam kitaran perniagaan dan arah tuju ekonomi dalam tempoh terdekat.

Trend arah aliran jangka panjang terlicin IP telah melepasi paras 100.0 mata pada Oktober 2025.

“Berdasarkan senario tersebut, prospek ekonomi dijangka lebih optimis pada masa hadapan,” menurut DOSM.

Indeks Serentak (IS) terus mencatatkan peningkatan tahunan memberangsangkan iaitu 2.7% kepada 129.9 mata.

Pertumbuhan ketara 15.3% dalam Nilai Caruman Benar KWSP mencerminkan aliran pendapatan pekerja yang lebih kukuh.

Pada asas bulanan, IS turut menunjukkan perkembangan positif 0.6% yang sebahagian besarnya dipacu oleh kenaikan dalam Gaji dan Upah Benar dalam Pembuatan.

Malaysia buat julung kalinya menduduki tangga pertama di peringkat global dalam laporan Open Data Inventory (ODIN) 2024/25.

Pencapaian ini merupakan lonjakan ketara daripada kedudukan ke-67 dalam penilaian ODIN 2022/23.
