HE is only 14 making him the youngest employer at University of Leicester.
Yasha Asley is also a degree student in the university where he now will run tutorials.
He became the youngest ever student at the University and is now the youngest ever employee.
He was interviewed for the job when he was just 13 years old and he got the job, beating adult applicants.
The university had to apply for special permission from Leicester city council to employ him due to his age.
Yasha now has weekly tutorials for adult students in maths where he helps them in solving problems after lectures.
Yasha was quoted by Daily Mail saying, " I am having the best years of my life. I love going to university and I love my new job helping other students. No more school uniform for me thank you very much."
Yasha, who has been dubbed a 'human calculator', is now in his final year and plans to start a Phd when he finishes his course.
