Dutaland bags RM12.03m upgrading job for Avenue K

    PETALING JAYA: Dutaland Bhd has secured a RM12.03 million contract from City Properties Sdn Bhd to construct a new extension and upgrading works for the Avenue K shopping mall at Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
    The group told Bursa Malaysia that the works are expected to commence this month and scheduled to be completed in about four months.
    It is a related party transaction as Dutaland’s major shareholder and managing director Tan Sri Yap Yong Seong is also the shareholder of City Properties.
    Dutaland said the group will generate revenue and income by undertaking the projects and development.
    Its share price closed 1% lower at 50 sen on 461,200 shares done.
