HPP seeks next-of-kin of dead patient

GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Hospital (HPP) is seeking the next-of-kin of a man whose body has been not been claimed from the hospital's Forensic Medical Department since Feb 28.
HPP director Datuk Dr Norsidah Ismail said the man, Chew Tek Sim, 54, died due to liver cancer.
"The identity card number is 631201-02-5521 and the last address was at No 6698/9 Gendle 12, Fourth Floor, Jalan Persiaran Sri, Taman Puteri Kulai, 81000, Kulai, Johor," she said in a statement today.
She said the victim's next-of-kin could contact the HPP Public Relations Department at 04-2225947/ 5116 for further information and to claim the body. — Bernama
